William H. MEYERS Bio-Résumé

William H. Meyers is the Emeritus Professor of Agricultural and Applied Economics, and Director of International Agriculture Programs, University of Missouri. He was a co-founder of FAPRI and led the Iowa State component of FAPRI for its first 15 years.  He was Co-Director of FAPRI at MU from 2003 to 2010. He has directed the FAO Agricultural Development Economics Division and participated in organizing the World Food Summit in 2002. He has also had visiting positions at University of Kiel, Germany, in 1991, at World Bank in 1999, and University of Bologna in 2011 and Plovdiv Agricultural University in 2015.
